Tweak Communications operate on a fee-for-service basis and charge according to the time expended on a project.

Work proceeds in consultation with the client following a meeting or discussion. We can provide an estimation of what your project may cost, and we guarantee you will be happy with our competitive price and value for money. We strive to provide our clients with the very best outcome by working with you to determine your needs and priorities to create a cost-effective and professional solution.

Unless otherwise arranged, clients are invoiced on completion of work. Invoices include activity descriptions detailing all work conducted on the client's behalf. Payment is required within 7 days.

Methods of payment include direct bank deposit, PayPal or cheque/money order. The PayPal option also allows for payment using a credit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account.
